I’m Jame Zaiyouna — a decarbonization professional, homeowner, and energy enthusiast who has spent my career helping organizations reduce energy consumption, lower emissions, and navigate the clean energy transition.

But I wanted to take those same principles home.
So I started my own decarbonization journey — transforming my family's home through solar, heat pumps, electric vehicles, and smarter energy choices. Through that experience, I learned something important:
